The RDL RU-VDA4 is a 1x4 Composite Video distribution amplifier; it accepts one Composite Video signal on a BNC connector and outputs four Composite Video signals. It features gain control and a RACK-UP housing.

A: It can but you don't get the cloud video recording/face recognition features and you can only view live video and still images.

A: It is our opinion this is made of a non aluminium composite material.

A: The Calibrite ColorChecker Video will fit in a 11 x 14" envelope.

Q: 4. Is the head removable?

A: No, not in a remove it every day kind of way. It can be disassembled for cleaning or lube.

Q: 5. First, is this tripod made of plastic or metal? Second, is the head removable (I'm not talking about the quick release plate; I'm talking about the fluid pan tilt head and the actual tripod legs)?

A: It is made of metal primarily. The fluid pan tilt head cannot be separated from the legs. I use it with a spotting scope that weights about 9 lbs. Has been used in windy conditions on uneven and/or soft terrain, and it has proven to be stable and sturdy.

Q: 6. Can the camera run on AC power only for a really long continuous shot (3+hrs)?

A: If you power the camera via the USB port with a USB power supply or by being connected to a computer, you can record as long as there is room on the media card. A 32GB card will record over over 4 hours of HD.

Q: 7. Can I use ColorChecker Video to match the color of the GoPro video that I taken outdoors to the actual color?

A: Yes, the Calibrite ColorChecker Video can be used to match the color of the footage shot on a GoPro.

Q: 8. I need the Quick Release Plate for the older (M3) version of this tripod. Do you sell the plate separately and if so can I get the dimensions?

A: They do, and I bought one.

Q: 9. Can the battery be charged while using the camera?

A: You can use the camera while it is plugged in, but it doesn't charge while plugged in and turned on.

Q: 10. Does this include an 18% gray area? I don't see any mention of it in the description, just 40 IRE gray.

A: Yes, 18% gray is equivalent to 40 IRE. The Calibrite ColorChecker Passport Video 2 does include 18% gray Targets.

Nest Hello is my second product by this company and let me tell you that this Nest Hello is extremely easy to install and user friendly. If Nest Hello add free storage for at least few days instead of monthly charge after first month, it would be even better. 5
