Q: 1. If I am recording on my iPhone and I receive a call or text will it disrupt my recording? Or if my phone is on airplane mode will that work to block out interruptions? I have heard sometimes it won't record on airplane mode.

A: Your recording will be interrupted if a call comes in. Placing the phone on airplane mode will prevent interruptions and also guarantee your mic does not pick up the RF (radio interference) emitted by your phone. Having your phone in airplane mode should not hinder your capability to record.

Q: 2. I give public speeches using bluetooth loudspeakers. Can I use this mic via my phone's bluetooth instead of handheld mic?

A: When I have my Bluetooth running and my phone rings, the whole co versations cN be heard on the speakers. To me it means that the sound going into the phone s microphone travels to the speaker. I used this lavalier to record o. The phone only, but if I follow the logic, it might work. Alternatively, I might want to try your blue tooth earpiece if you have one. Sorry I cannot have a straight answer for you, but ideas sometimes help. Good luck with your speech.

A: If you have the Apple lighting to headphone adapter, you can use Rode SC6 to plug wired headphones into it for monitoring.

Q: 6. Do this microphone works whit the transmitter an receiver of the -rode wireless lavalier film kit?

A: Hello Guillermo, out of the box, no the SmartLav+ would not work. The SmartLav+ has a TRRS 1/8" connection and the TX-Belt has a 1/8" TRS connection. If you would like to convert the SmartLav+ for this, you simply need the SC3 adapter cable from Rode. However, the Filmmaker comes with the Rode Lavalier in box.
