I bought this to have more softboxes because I'm using more bowens mount LED lights these days. Having a giant softbox is extremely helpful. I like to blast a light through this at muslin and then take that bounced light through more diffusion. That gets me a nice, soft light I can enjoy shooting with. 5

Give your speed light an octabox outline in pupil reflections- subtle but you can make out the shape - and it also helps the front seal over the white diffusion cloth - less light leak- would recommend 5

I purchased a few of these (in different sizes) to see how I liked them for headshots and it turns out I love them! Definitely my new go-to setup for headshots. Love how easy they are to set up, love the bi color option although I keep them at 5600k, I love the triangle catchlights with the way I have them set up - as well as smaller pupils/more iris using these constant lights vs my strobes. And the cost wasn't out of my budget to get the full setup. So far I have nothing negative to say about them. 5
