The Tiffen 4 x 5" 3 Magenta Hard-Edge Graduated Filter helps to specifically add a pinkish, magenta coloration to skies and other bright areas of an image while allowing a portion of the image to remain neutrally colored. The filter's coloring is densest at the edge and tapers to clear by the middle, with a hard-edged transition between the density and clear areas. The 3 color density provides less magenta coloration than the 4 density, but more than the 2 density filter.

This filter is made using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass and grinding flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch. It measures 4 x 5" / 101.6 x 127mm.

Note: A horizontal orientation filter's line of transition runs parallel to the long side of the filter.

Q: 1. Will the Ronin-S and all of his functions work with a Canon 800D/T7i?

A: You will be able to balance and shoot with the Canon T7i on the Ronin-S. However DJI does not list the camera as compatible with the additional electronic functions of the gimbal.

A: We are not aware of any issues mounting a Fuji GFX camera to the Ronin-S.

Q: 3. Is it fully compatible with NIkon D850 and D810?

A: You will be able to use the Nikon D850 and D810 with this gimbal. However this kit does not include any of the control cables. You would need to add B&H # DJCPRN001101 to control the D850. DJI has not yet developed a cable for the D810. https://bhpho.to/2VuK4XK

Q: 4. Can you use other DJI batteries that are currently available for other DJI items? They look similar.

A: No. The only batteries compatible are the Ronin-S Battery/Grip handle.

A: With the supported lenses, yes the 5D would work well with the Ronin-S and follow focus.

Q: 6. I know this isn't official, but does anyone have experience with the follow focus dial working with a GH5s, Metabones SB, and 3rd party lenses, like a Tamron 24-70 f2.8 G2, or Canon 35mm f2?

A: I don't have Canon lenses but I do have Canon mount sigma lenses with Metabones SB, and yes the follow focus works on the GH5. Make sure your auto focus is set to on the lens itself.

A: We cannot confirm but we believe you can set one of the modes to do what you wish. The certain answer will come soon.

A: While you will be able to balance and shoot with cameras like the Canon T6s and T6i on the Ronin-S, they are not listed as compatible for full electronic control through the gimbal.

Q: 9. The camera compatibility list shows the Canon 6 series as supported - however, in the package, I cannot find a cable that works with the Canon 6D MK II. Does it?

A: Hey David. We've added start/stop and video recording compatibility with the 6D using the included RSS-IR cable.

A: While a Digital Bolex may be below the 7.9 pound load capacity. However the Ronin-S is designed to work with cameras in the shape of a DSLR or Mirrorless Photo Camera. It may not be able to balance the unique design of the Digital Bolex, we do not recommend it.
