A: This grid would fasten via velcro tabs that are stitched into the fabric and inside the lip of the softbox.

Q: 2. Westscott does not seem to make a fabric grid for their extra large 54x72 shallow softbox. Will this Impact brand grid work effectively with the Westcott shallow softbox?

A: Hi there, the grid works great, but makes the soft-box heavy. On the outside edges at the front of the soft-box, there are loops for support. I use a back-ground stand, to hold up the front of the soft-box. Without something to support the front, the flash head will not hold up the weight . He, I hope this will help. Roy

A: Since the Interfit EXD series heads accept an Elinchrom style mount, you would be able to use the Impact Speed Ring for Elinchrom EL & Impact EX, B&H # IMSRELI. Please see the image below for reference.

A: Unfortunately, this grid has only been tested to work with the Impact Luxbanx Medium Strip. Your results may vary.

A: The diffusion fabric used in the Impact Luxbanx Duo Extra Large Rectangular Softbox (54 x 72") is a cotton blend. This box does not offer additional front baffles, however material such as the Rosco E-Colour #460 Quiet Grid Cloth (60" x 20' Roll) are often used for additional diffusion panels.
