The Tiffen 4 x 4" Blue 4 Hard Edge Graduated Filter is a hard-edged graduated color filter providing a bluish color across the image, giving a cooling effect for your photographs. The graduated filter design keeps a portion of the image neutral, resulting in a more realistic look while allowing for the sky or other bright areas to take on the color of the density. The 4 density provides less of a blue cast than the 5 density filter, but more than the 3 density.

Tiffen filters are made using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass, and grinding flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch. This filter measures 4 x 4" / 101.6 x 101.6mm.

A: Yeah as long as you have power going into the hard drive you should be able to back up files from the SD card. It kinda just dumps it into a folder though, so if you're super peculiar about naming convention and formatting, you should use this purely as a backup solution and not wipe your cards.

A: I have the drive, and don't think this is possible / practical. It is designed to be a storage device that then connects to a computer. I have not tried to write to a SD card, just read from it. The 3.0 port is just for a computer. It is fantastic for this.

If you need to transfer files larger than 4 GB between Macs and PCs: Use exFAT. In all other cases: Use MS-DOS (FAT), akaFAT32.To format the disk go to the disk utility under applications. A: It is not solid state - those are still too rich for my blood!. File retrieval/transfer rate is pretty fast, and yes, it does get warm.

A: You can set it up for windows or mac or both depending which format you choose. I have it formatted as fat32 so works for both. I use it with my mac all the time. Even use it with my ipad. Seems to only play mac formatted files on ipad. Was told you can open files on ipad with vlc but havent tried it yet.
