The Tiffen 4 x 6" 4 Green Soft-Edge Graduated Filter helps to specifically add a bright green coloration to skies and other bright areas of an image while allowing a portion of the image to remain neutrally colored. The filter's coloring is densest at the edge and tapers to clear by the middle, with a soft-edged transition between the density and clear areas. The 4 color density provides less green coloration than the 5 density, but more than the 3 density filter.

This filter is made using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass and grinding flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch. It measures 4 x 6" / 101.6 x 152.4mm.

Note: A horizontal orientation filter's line of transition runs parallel to the long side of the filter.

Q: 4. what is the difference between Shimoda Designs Action X50 and X50 V2?

A: The Shimoda Action X50 V2 has some updates over the previous bag, it has a hidden sleeve to place an AirTag or Tile Pro device. In the V2 you can also remove the mesh side pocket so if you are not using it, you will have additional packing space. The V2 also has a larger zippered pocket on the shoulder strap to accommodate larger phones such as the iPhone 14 Pro Max. The V2 waist belt has greater adjustability and the side handle is enlarged to fit better onto a telescoping luggage handle. There is also a new additional handle at the bottom of the bag, helps to pull the bag out of an airplane luggage bin for instance.

Q: 5. Does the starter pack come with the accessory straps (as mentioned on the Shimoda website)?

A: The Shimoda Designs Explore v2 30 Backpack Photo Starter Kit does include the accessory straps.

Q: 6. Will the X30 fit the medium core DSLR compartment or do I have to buy the X50? For reference, I have a Nikon D850 with a really right stuff right angle bracket on it, 70-200 f/2.8, 24-70 f/2.8, and probably grabbing the 14-24 soon. Thanks for any and all advice!

A: The X50 would be better suited for a larger body like the D850 and the lenses you wish to hold.

Q: 7. Would it fit a Nikon 500mm PF mounted on a D500 ? (lens attached)

A: No, the Lowepro Flipside Trek BP 450 AW Backpack (Gray/Dark Green) is too small to fit the Nikon 500mm PF mounted on a D500.

Q: 8. How well does the Sony A7R II (ungripped) fit into the Medium DSLR Core Unit Version 2. I am considering this size as I may want to carry two camera bodies (but not all the time) along with my 70-200mm lens with the foot installed. Or is the Mirrorless core unit still better fit?

A: The Medium DSLR Core Unit V2 would be fine to hold 1 or 2 Sony A7R II bodies without battery grips and your 70-200mm with the foot installed.

Q: 9. Will the Z 70-200 2.8 Z6 / Z7 fit inside the Medium DSLR Core Unit?

A: If you want the camera and lens attached then unfortunately it will not fit. It's very close but it doesn't fit. Lens and camera separately, no problem then!

Q: 10. What's the difference between V1 and V2?

A: The v1 Core Units does not offer side door access since the pack at that time only had rear door access.
