The Tiffen 5.65 x 5.65" 1 Twilight Graduated Filter helps to specifically add a unique deep magenta to pink gradient to skies and other bright areas of an image while allowing a portion of the image to remain neutrally colored. The filter's coloring is densest at the edge and tapers to clear by the middle, with a soft-edged transition between the density and clear areas. The 1 color density provides less twilight coloration than the 2 density filter.

This filter is made using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass and grinding flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch. It measures 5.65 x 5.65" / 143.5 x 143.5mm.

Q: 1. I was wondering if I can use the 24-240mm lens on this camera until I can afford to purchase the 2.8 24-70mm lens to go with this camera. I am going to purchase the new Sony A9 camera and the cost of the camera and that 2.8 24-70mm lens is a little bit beyond my budget right now. So I thought I would purchase the 24-240mm lens instead for now because of the lower cost and I thought that it would be nice to have that extra reach. but I know that the 2.8 24-70mm lens is a faster lens which is better for low light photography. Thank You!

A: I use the 24-240 as a daily use lens, it does a great job and it's not too cumbersome to use all day - for landscape and some nearby wildlife.

Q: 2. Kendo Tele convert 1.4

A: I have the TC 1.4 but rarely use it. Definitely softens the image. I find I get better results cropping than using the TC1.4. Perhaps the Nikon TC would be better but haven't tried it.

Q: 3. Do you recommend the Tamron SP 150-600mm f/5-6.3 for sports photography?

A: This lens for outdoor sports is very good. In low light there are faster lenses like ones that are f/4 or better f/2.8. But in bright light the 150-600 is great and has the distance of 600mm for sports.

Q: 4. Is it normal for the telescopic part of the lens to wobble? Giving it a light shake makes a rattle-like noise. I can feel the telescopic section moving back and forth slightly.

A: If you hold the lens in your hand you can feel a bit of movement but is not visual. If the lens is worn out most zoom will have lens creep. Unfortunately if you recently purchase this lens and have not been drop, the lens can be consider defective.

Q: 5. I'm looking for a camera bag for my Nikon d5300 with the tamron 150-600mm is there anything for around 50$?

A: Unfortunately, we do not have a camera case around $50.00 that would support both the Tamron 150-600mm lens and the Nikon D5300 DSLR camera at the same time. The Tamron Lens Case for SP 150-600mm Lenses, B&H # TAA011LC, is a new item that is coming soon, but is the only case under $50.00 that would hold the Tamron 150-600mm lens.

Q: 6. Can I use this with Canon 550D ?

A: The 150-600mm f/5-6.3 Lens for Canon is compatible with the Canon 550D (T2i), yes.

Q: 7. Is this lens compatible with Nikon D90?

A: Yes this Tamron SP 150-600mm f/5-6.3 Di VC USD Lens for Nikon is compatible with Nikon DSLR cameras, such as the Nikon D90.

Q: 8. Will it campitable with canon 700d

A: Works great with the 700d/t5i.

Q: 9. is this lens compatible with a Canon EOS rebel T1i ?

A: The Tamron 150-600mm lens for Canon is fully compatible with the T1i, yes.

Q: 10. Will the auto focus on this lens work with my D90?

A: Yes it will. The D90 has no autofocus restrictions such as other lower tier Nikon cameras do. It will autofocus with any autofocus lens made for the Nikon mount.
