Daystar Filters' Quantum H-Alpha Bandpass Filter SE (0.7-0.9Å, Standard Grade) incorporates many of the desired features for today's solar astronomer. Just plug it in and a green light indicates when the filter is on band. The housing has an LCD readout of the filter's wavelength output (accurate to 0.1Å) and red/blue wing shift buttons that can precisely tune wavelength up or down for Doppler studies. The unit operates at 12 VDC for field or battery use. Included is a 100-240V power supply with US, European, UK, and Australian adapter wall plates and a serial port for computer control capability for on-screen display of filter readouts.
Quantum SE-grade series filters are designed for amateur and academic applications. These filters meet the critical DayStar quality control criteria applicable in all visual and some photographic environments.

Related Questions and Answers
Q: 1. Does this spotlight endlessly rotate or is it fixed?
A: No, the amaran Spotlight SE 19° Lens Kit is a fixed spot solution.
Q: 2. Will this scanner allow you to scan 126 negatives and slides? Is there a different tray available for 126 negatives and slides?
A: I'm not aware of a feeder that holds 126 slides. The feeder it comes with holds four at a time. The scanner itself scans one at a time. But it's pretty fast, I was scanning at half the max resolution (the files came out at about 4700px by 3100px) and I could do 126 in a single night of while watching TV.
Q: 3. Will this scanner work on m1 Macmini
A: Yes, the Plustek OpticFilm 8200i SE Film Scanner is fully compatible with the Apple Mac mini M1 Chip, and the latest macOS.
Q: 4. Does this work with APS film?
A: The short answer is yes. The long answer is; It will fit your film but youll have to readjust for each picture with the trays provided since the film is smaller than the tray. A tray exists for APS film for plustek scanners. eBay has a plethora for about 20-25 dollars. Quality is good enough that resolution wont be a burden for smaller film.
Q: 5. What is the difference “Lens Only” and “Lens Kit”? In the picture I see that both have a 36° lens and both have gobos
A: The Lens Only - includes only lens ( this is in case if you shall replace yours or have two), the Complete Lens Kit means a complete spot attachment kit. This is made in case if you need two different lenses (it changes the size of projection).
Q: 6. will this scanner and software work with windows 10?
A: I just got one and have yet to be able to get my computer, an HP running Windows 10, to recognize the computer is installed even thought the software for the scanner is installed. I may be sending this back.
Q: 7. Has anyone had experience with XF705 low light performance? And how far can you push the gain?
A: With its 1" sensor it will out perform cameras with smaller sensor's. You should see acceptable performance in low light with this camcorder. Higher gain will always look like higher gain. So practice good cinematography techniques of exposing correctly, adding light whenever you can and you will get great images.
Q: 8. What mount would I need to connect this to an Alien Bee 400?
A: You may purchase the SMDV Mount Adapter for Balcar Flash Heads, B&H # SMBALCARAD, to connect the SMDV SPEEDBOX Alpha A90 (35.4") to an AlienBees light fixture.
Q: 9. Do you sell a fabric grid that would suit this softbox?
A: Unfortunately we do not have a grid for this softbox.
Q: 10. Can you do batch scanning with 35mm slides? I want to just be able to insert the slide, push a button and have it scan all the negatives on it's won, instead of doing it one by one.
A: It does not have an auto feed. You have to advance each frame manually.
