A: No you can't But even if it were possible, why would you want to mount the small hood of the 15mmonto the 25mm? The hood on the 25mm is very deep and provides excellent protection from flare. The15mm is a much thinner hood and would never provide this kind of coverage.

A: You might try the Zacuto Z-ZG-16 ZipGear, as it has a lower profile than other gear rings. Then for a follow focus, you could look at the Redrock Micro microFollowFocus Black. It has a flippable gear box, which would allow it to connect to a focus ring that is closer to a camera body.
