A construction kit generally contains thousands of sounds presented as raw as possible and only processed as needed for a specific topic, perfectly organized to make it easy for you to use them. Carefully selected, those sounds give you all the freedom and possibilities you need to design your own sounds within the given topic from scratch. For some topics, it is difficult to provide recordings only, so you will find some preprocessed or synthesizer based sounds in those collections as well, but still only basic material, since we don't want to offer it compressed to the maximum or similarly mutated. After all, the Construction Kit serves as such for ourselves, namely in the following process of creating the respective Designed collection.

Q: 1. Could the Letus Helix Jr power this? Can the control wheel be powered separately or does it have to go into the base station?

A: The control wheel must be connected to the base station so that not only is it powered but it's signal can be passed to the focus motor. (which also gets it's power and signal from the base station.) As to working on the Helix, we believe that there is power available for the base station. If you wish to find out which cable, please call, chat or email us at B&H. Phone 800.606.6969 or 212.444.6615 E-Mail provideo@a href= http://bhphoto.com target= _blank bhphoto.com/a

Q: 2. Are these all for Sony Full Frame? Is there a bundle that includes the 85mm?

A: Yes, the ZEISS Loxia lenses cover the 24mm x 36mm sensor size. The Loxia 5-Lens Bundle includes the 21, 25, 35, 50 and 85mm lenses - plus lens gears and a transport case.

Q: 3. Will the device take 60p frame rate inputs?

A: Yes it will. The Roland V-1HD accepts frame rates of 59.94 fps at 1080p, 1080i and 720p resolutions.

Q: 4. What latency does this product incur? If I used a live camera to screen or played a video to screen on a conference, would the vision be in sync to microphones? or as close as. I can't see the latency on the specs. Thanks

A: Normal switching there is no lag, but you can add delay if needed to the audio on this switcher so that it lines up with any video that may be delayed by projectors, etc. The menus are really comprehensive and there are one or two great longer in depth videos on youtube on this switcher that go into it in a bit more detail including one that touches on the ability to add delay to audio if needed.

Q: 5. Is the case small enough to be carry-on luggage?

A: Yes, the ZEISS Loxia Transport Case is quite compact and easily fits into the overhead luggage compartment.

Q: 6. What's the best way to use this unit with 2 cameras coming in, with a computer input that will be running a PowerPoint presentation? Will this switcher scale the incoming computer signal? Thanks in advance!

A: This product has two dedicated 3G SDI inputs, a third channel input that supports 3G SDI or HDMI and a fourth channel HDMI input that also includes scaling. Depending on the outputs your camera offer you can have both of them going into the SDI inputs or have one use the SDI input and one using the HDMI input ( third channel ).

Q: 7. Hi, I am a beginner to this kind of HDMI switch/mixer, I want to know any PAL/NTSC input source (camera) restriction apply to this switcher?

A: It is a world standard switcher so it can accept either PAL or NTSC signals. You cannot mix them however; you must choose one or the other.

Q: 8. Does anyone who owns this have an issue with one of the main buttons sticking? I just received my brand new switcher today and Button 1 on the A bus (top row) has a tendency to stick when you press it in all the way (it stays de-pressed). It still works well and if you don't press it in all the way, it's fine. But I can't get the others to stick even if I tried but this one sticks every so often when it's pushed in all the way. It usually pops back up shortly after or you can sort of wiggle it and it'll pop up again, but I can't imagine this is normal...or is it? Outside that it all works flawlessly and I LOVE the iPad app!!

A: The buttons on this unit really should not be be sticking. Feel free to contact us at cs@a href= http://bhphoto.com target= _blank bhphoto.com/a if you feel like this is an issue you'd like addressed.

Q: 9. What is the difference between the "bag only" and "photo bundle" option?

A: The non photo bundle is empty. The photo bundle version, WANDRD PRVKE 41L Photo Bundle (Black) comes with unlike the other with, WANDRD Waist Strap (Black) WANDRD Essential Deep Camera Cube (Black) WANDRD Accessory Straps (Black)

Q: 10. Will the V1 accept a HDMI signal from Panasonic HDC-TM700? I see 35' as a length for HDMI cables I tried on the Black Magic and it would't accept any HDMI signal from the Panasonic TM700 over 12'. That being the case I returned it since it didn't state that condition.

A: Generally speaking, an HDMI signal is not strong and weakens exponentially with distance traveled. I would blame the distance and the type of HDMI cable before any switcher. If indeed the switcher is not accepting the signal another does, I would still suggest getting a better cable. HDMI signals peter out 30-35' so if you are anywhere near that, you need HDMI cabling with booster circuitry. Please follow the link for a selection of longer distance HDMI cables. http://bhpho.to/1LRl5rv
