The MN-200 MagNum Dual Channel Wireless Lens Control System from Chrosziel combines a receiver and a handheld transmitter unit for remote control of focus, iris, and camera record start/stop. The dual channel system operates at either the 2.4GHz or 430MHz frequency bands, offering five selectable channels in the 430 MHz band, and eleven channels in the 2.4GHz frequency band for interference-free operation. The receiver has ports that accept optional lens control cables, camera start/stop cables, and power cables. The system is compatible with optional lens motors, as well as wired analog zoom controls.

The hand unit features an ergonomically shaped handgrip and finger rest for comfortable operation, menu-guided intuitive handling through membrane keys, and a color OLED display. For focus control, a fluid-dampened hand wheel is provided, which spreads the focus range of any lens to one full turn of the wheel. Focus marks can be made on the marking disc, with two freely adjustable end stops also available. In addition to the focus wheel, the hand unit has a slide control for adjusting camera iris with extendable aluminum iris scales and adjustable end stops. Five 1/4"-20 mounting holes on the hand unit let you mount it to tripods stands, or even attach monitors. It is powered using Sony NP-FM50 type batteries.

Included with the MN-200 system is a Sony NP-FM50 type battery, battery charger, padded hand strap, padded neck strap, and two antennas for 430 MHz-band use.

Q: 1. Is this motor compatible with a Digital Bartech?

A: While we are not re-sellers of Digital Bartech products this motor is often bundles with those units. It should be compatible.

Q: 2. Will the Shure UA844+SWB UHF Wideband Antenna Distribution System work with this?

A: The Shure UA844+SWB UHF Wideband Antenna Distribution System (470 to 960 MHz) will only work when using three (3) to five (5) receivers from the Shure SLXD14D Dual-Channel Digital Wireless Bodypack System simultaneously with a pair of external antennas like the Shure UA874 Active Directional Antenna (B&H # SHUA874US).

A: The Tilta Dual-Channel Wireless Lens Control Handle for Advanced Ring Grip only works with the rs2. The SC column doesn't disengage the same as the rs2.

Q: 6. operating distance?

A: We were not able to confirm, but it is our opinion that this high quality unit should be able to do about 300' line of sight. Any interference cuts that distance of course. In most production settings, the camera assistant doesn't want to be too far away from the camera anyway. So in common movie set situations, we think it should work very well, even around walls, say 10-30 feet from the camera. This should work whether the camera is on a tripod, dolly, Steadicam, crane or even a really big drone.

Q: 7. Does this work with the rs3 pro

A: The Tilta Dual-Channel Wireless Lens Control Handle for Advanced Ring Grip is listed for use only with the RS 2.

This is the tool that enabled me to hold live presentations and at the same time make them available remotely via GoTo Meeting, and have excellent audio in both. I'm using lapel and XLR mikes to get the sound amplified by the in-room speaker system and transmit remote.

Full Disclosure - I was given this product for testing and review. First of all, I'm a AV systems designer, installer and company owner. I saw the new system two years ago at Denver AVX and expressed my doubts about it's capabilities to the company rep. Turns out he was the VP of Engineering for AT! He sent me a test unit and I sent him back some real world test data. First of all, I was sure that this would have problems and so I set it up to fail. For my first test, I did not remotely mount the RX units. Also I parked it in a sound booth with an active consumer grade WiFi router/access point. I ran two channels for the entire service multiple times, at a range of 60-80 ft. with a clear line of sight and the RF was rock solid. No dropouts, no problems. I was, quite frankly, amazed. I've lived with this unit now for two years, used it for outdoor events, vacation Bible school at my church, two Christmas productions for drama and backup mics and it has never had an issue. I only have a couple minor complaints. The handheld mic does have some handling noise, so that could be improved and once when I blew a circuit breaker at an outdoor event (hey, it happens) I had to re-sync the handheld to the transmitter before the system would work again. I definitely recommend using rechargeable AA's since they use batteries faster than analog systems. However, this is to be expected considering the amount of active RF management built into these units and the fact that they are constantly encoding and sending dual streams of digital audio. In my book, this system is an excellent alternative for the TV bands! Recommended.

Great addition to my remote follow rig. Allows me to control my DJI and TILTA focus motors at the flip of a switch.

The factory description does a good job of explaining the product, so I will not repeat the basics. The main advantage of the rack system is that the receiver electronics are better, so that overall operating range is nearly double that of the camera mount units. The ability to remote the receiver/antenna modules via a CAT 6 Ethernet cable is very useful. Personally, I mount the receiver modules onto a non-metallic (painters) pole 15 feet above my soundcart so that they have better line of sight. I like having XLR outputs and the professionalism of the rack unit.

After spend sometime study on this AT series, I met great manufacture representatives at 2016 AES in LA ... they are PRO!; I got all informations from techinical, installation till functionality for different variety capsules this system can run with. I finally pick up from MuzeekWorld and installed 10 units on 2 HH, 2 Bounderies, 3 Choir, 3 shoot gun. During the installation Tech support been contacted twice fast and prompt response, they show their eagerness to help!! thanks team. Now after about 8 months they are on duty daily at a medium size Catholic church in San Francisco

just got a 1322 system 10 pro just in time for last Fridays gig , setup is super easy and works just like the system 10 stomp boxes my band uses for guitar bass mandolin and banjo and does not bother the older Freeway system we already have . (ya we are your poster children) opened the box when I got to the venue and plugged everything in , put batteries in the in the mic's selected two unused system id numbers and we were ready for sound check . we did wind up backing off the gain inside the mic's because they were a little hot to begin with and we couldn't get any head room on the board . so during our first set break we opened up the mic's and turned them down with the provided plastic screwdriver (A. T. thought of everything) and proceeded to have a flawless weekend . I highly recommend the system 10 pro 1322 and will soon be upgrading the two freeway mic's (4 years old , nearly 200 dates and still working great) to another one of these .

Great rack mount feature allows me to have 6 at the ready. (A.T. Says I'm good for up to 10.) great sound quality. One drawback is that I wish I could swap the capsules to benefit from the frequency response of other A.T. Microphone designs. Stil, this gets it done quite handily. Thanks guys!

Got this for my son’s room. I put a 1.25” butcher block top on it. The desk works great and lifts and lowers smooth. I have purchased other products from this company. So far everything still works and the quality is really good. Don’t fall for the expensive and cheaply made stuff in the store. This brand will outlast them by a long shot.
