I purchased 2 of the Sony NP-FZ100 batteries. They were a Christmas gift for my husband. He has a Sony A 9 Full Frame camera and this is the kind of battery it calls for. I have learned the genuine Sony batteries are the best and definitely stayed charged longer than the reproductions. Rather buy the batteries on Ebay or Amazon I chose to purchase from B&H because they are very reputable and stand behind their products. 5

this battery is significantly superior to its counterparts from China. if you just wander the streets with the camera turned on the battery lasts for two or three walks of 3 hours, so operating time on a single charge is more than sufficient. 5

This battery single-handedly solved my biggest issue with mirrorless cameras: battery life. I once went through 3 batteries in a day on my old Olympus mirrorless camera, but this Z battery lasts me all day with juice to spare! I shot all day in 30 degree weather and barely dipped into the 50% range! You get over twice as many shots per charge than a competing manufacturer's camera+battery, which is just excellent. 5
