A: Hi there, the grid works great, but makes the soft-box heavy. On the outside edges at the front of the soft-box, there are loops for support. I use a back-ground stand, to hold up the front of the soft-box. Without something to support the front, the flash head will not hold up the weight . He, I hope this will help. Roy

A: Chances are the Impact Fabric Grid for Extra Small Rectangular Luxbanx (12 x 16") will not fit a Hensel 12x16 softbox. Grids/Eggcrates are specific to the brand and model of softbox. At best you will need to use some clips.

You would either have to personally modify the Impact Fabric Grid for Large Rectangular Luxbanx (36 x 48 ), or you would have to purchase the correct grid from Chimera.
