I followed the mirrorless technology for 2 years before deciding recently that the time was right to move from years of Canon DSLR shooting to the new Sony A7RIV mirrorless. There is a consideration of larger file sizes, but as a landscape, nature, wildlife, architecture photographer who likes to print larger sizes often on metal, I find the image quality to be exceptional. I have found by using high quality fast SD cards that the read/write time is not a problem even though I have an older IMAC. You could also capture raw to card 1 and jpeg to card 2 and use the smaller jpeg images for review and selection. Though I try to fill the frame with my subject, I like the fact I can now crop and still have a high quality image or in rare cases where longer focal lengths are needed, the ability to use the APS-C mode and still have high res images. I read reviews for a month and labored over all the differing opinions, but now that I have actually used this camera myself, I am very happy with it and highly recommend it if it would suit your style of photography.

I love the Sony A7RIV system for its outstanding performance as well as its small size. This camera is well suited for almost any type of photography. This is clearly the system I take with me on my travels because there are so many lens options, I can fit into my carry on baggage. There are so many small sized wide to mid tele manual focus prime lenses that I own that are now offered in the E mount or for which there are appropriate adapters. Many of the newer E mount lenses are able to electronically communicate with the camera making it simple to accurately focus. The menus for the most part are intuitive to use.

I use my A7RM4 for wildlife shots, it does not disappoint.

Talk about an impressive kit for the price. The choice was easy when investing in my small business with this deal.

That kit exactly what I need it, Sony a7riv - amazing camera. Sony memory card is fast and so far no issues at all just a bit small, but no complains, haha the tripod, Sony edition it is the perfect match for that camera, last but not least the camera bag is very beautiful and with style, so far several fellows photographers asked me where is it from, where they can buy it? hahah BH, guys!

I am totally happy with the Sony a7r4. I shoot a lot of small birds and landscapes and the 61 megapixel sensor allows me to crop and still have great detail in the images. I love being able set multiple custom keys to facilitate the way I shoot. And the improved ergonomics and weather sealing are a definite plus. I highly recommend this camera.

I had a Sony a7r3 before, and I have to say the bigger body of a7r4 really makes it more comfortable to handle, and makes the size of the camera body and lenses balanced. The bottom now is also far more convenient. And I do appreciate the add of lock on the exposure.

I have really found this camera is 2 in 1, a great landscape general purpose camera, and in crop mode a killer 27 megapixel birding camera. EVF is amazing and light years ahead of my old A7R2. The fit and feel is better and the Z battery is unstoppable. One caveat is USE GOOD GLASS, any imperfections in cheaper glass will be very evident in your images
