Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will this case fit my Nikon 400mm f3.5 lens?

A: No, the Nikon 400mm f/3.5 lens will not fit in the Lowepro Lens Case 13 x 32cm (Black). The Lightware Z400 Long lens 400 Case would be able to hold this lens.

Q: 2. Will it fit the Nikkor 4.5 400 mm z lens with 1.4 telextender?

A: Yes, the Lowepro Lens Case 13 x 32cm will accommodate the Nikon Z 400mm f/4.5 VR S lens equipped with the Nikon Z Teleconverter TC-1.4X.

Q: 3. I have a Canon DSL 70D, two lens, 18x135 and 100x400What size do I need. I live in AZ so don't have a lot of call for rain but the light flimsy one don't work well. I need to step up but still don't want to invest a lot. what do you recommend?

A: The small size Canon rain cover should work great on your combination. I use this cover with the Canon 7D II and 100-400mm II zoom lens attached. There is an eye adaptor part included in case you need to adapt your viewfinder to enable the rain cover to attach securely.

Q: 4. Will this case fit Nikon 200-500mm with lens replacement collar from Kirk Photo? Thank you

A: Yes, it fits fine, and with the tripod collar on.

Q: 5. assuming the lens hood are reversed but with the tripod ring installed, can this bag fit canon 100-400 and sigma 150-500 mm?

A: I use the case for my tamaron 150-600 lens with hood inverted.

Q: 6. Does the window enable me to look through the viewfinder?

A: Yes the window does allow one to look through the viewfinder of their DSLR.

Q: 7. Will the Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 300mm f/2.8 D ED fit with the tripod foot and lens hood attached (lens hood reversed of course)?

A: Yes it would fit your Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 300mm f/2.8 D ED quite nicely with the hood and foot.

Q: 8. Will this case work with the Sigma Sport 150-600mm with the lens foot?

A: For the Sigma 150-600mm Sport is a tight fit, but will fit in. Specifically I can fit in my 150-600mm Sport with the lens shade attached (reversed), the padded lens cap on, and a RRS MPR-1b plate attached to the tripod foot. It's a snug fit side-to-side, but the lens will slide in under gravity. Lengthwise the rear lens cap extends a little above the top-edge of the sides, so there is a slight bulge in the lid when you close it (and a more significant bulge if you have anything in the mesh pouch on the inside of the case lid). This case would work better for this lens if it were about 1/2 taller.I concur with most of the other comments here that the Tamron 150-600 is a comfortable fit in this case, but it is a notably smaller and lighter lens.

Q: 9. Will this case with with the Nikon 200-500 lens IF the camera is attached? I couldn't tell from the pictures if it had the width (and length) to do that, or if people were only able to get the lens in the case. I have a Nikon D5100.

A: I doubt it. I have a Tamron 150-600 and that is all that fits. My Nikon D7100 is too wide even if the lens was shorter. Add up the measurements for each component yourself. Besides that, why store a heavy lens mounted to a camera? Even in a padded case a blow can do nasty things to your lens mount. So can carrying around the unit by the camera instead of by the heavier lens, BTW.

Q: 10. I was wondering how much weight can this support?

A: The Leofoto YB-75SP 75mm Leveling Base with Platform (Short Handle, No Hook) will support whatever weight the tripod it is attached to came support.
