A: I don't know of any differences between models sold in the US & UK. That being said if you are able to change the system frequency on your camera from NTSC to PAL or Cinema I would assume the firmware would work for your GH4 regardless of where it was purchased. Also if Panasonic accepts your serial # you should be good.

A: This upgrade is compatible with the Panasonic G9.

Q: 3. Can this be used on the FZ2500?

A: Yes. Just updated today. Per the Panasonic update webpage during the activation process, they claim it is for GH4/FZH1/FZ2000/FZ2500.

A: The GH4 does not have LUT support.

A: Hi Kathleen, At this time we will have to recommend that you contact our technical support department at 1-800-211-7262. Please make sure you have the serial number of your camera and a copy of your proof of purchase.

A: Leonardo, there is no link to activate it. You do it whiting the camera. Panasonic didn't make it quite easy, so if this is your first time doing it I'd suggest go on YouTube and pull out one of those V-Log activation tutorials and follow it.

A: The only email you will receive is an activation code.
