Please do NOT buy more than two or three ND filters —not when step-up rings such as these Sensei-brand items are so reasonably priced. I buy only the very best ND filters—the X4 ND filters by Breakthrough Photography. Strictly speaking, you only need 6-stop and a 3-Stop filters, which you can stack to create a 9-stop filter, but I splurged and purchased a 10-stop X4 filter as well. Breakthrough Photography also sells a fantastic, 6-stop, “dark” circular polarizer, eliminating the need for stacking an ND on top of a polarizing filter—which I highly recommend. 5
