Program eye-dazzling light shows and control 2D and 3D pixel mapping with style with the ELM LED Mapper Advanced Editon from ENTTEC. This version of the powerful and intuitive pixel mapping software is ideal for nightclubs and live touring designs with control for up to  48 universes, providing you with a comprehensive set of tools that lets you seamlessly map LED digital pixel strip or fixture arrays of all shapes and sizes.

Create unique visual effects and set these to music or other sound effects using the integrated generative effects library, or map live video inputs and pre-rendered video content. A built-in effects scheduler facilitates playback of programmed sequences, and you can also control your lighting effects in real time using a number of industry-standard input protocols.

ELM supports Art-Net, sACN, and KiNet protocols and displays video content on LED fixtures of any shape, allowing you to synchronize across multiple DMX nodes and pixel controllers for reliable and pixel-perfect playback. ELM's vector-based mapping makes it powerful and intuitive without requiring you to be a 3D CAD engineer. The software is compatible with Windows 7 operating systems or later versions, with Windows 10 and 11 being the recommended options for greater stability and larger venues.

2D & 3D Pixel Mapping Software    Built-In Effects Scheduler    Supports 48 Universes    Supports Art-Net, sACN & KiNet Protocols    Compatible with Windows 7 or Later

Combine raster-based media with vector-based scalable and repositionable objects to represent your LED strips, so it even handles the curves beautifully and with just a few mouse clicks.

Load video files, still images, camera feeds, or live streams into the slots in your library and click on what you want to display. It supports HD video playback and is SPOUT-compatible for live video inputs. It can also act as a Network Device Interface (NDI) receiver. A professional generative video effects library is included to get you started.

Over 100 built-in generative effects that you can personalize as needed. Control pixels using these magic presets or add your own media, generative effects, and live video from input sources such as SPOUT and NewTek's NDI (supports v4.5). Alternatively, just flip a switch and ELM automatically mixes your media in sync with the music playing on your computer.

Build your show in stages that layer on top of one another simply but powerfully. Use organically shaped objects that you can quickly resize, stretch, deform, or move around on the screen so that your pixel map looks like your pixel strips do in the real world. ELM lets you run a show with live interaction, scheduled playback, or via DMX control from a lighting console.

Supports Art-Net, sACN, and KiNet protocols as output. It can be remote controlled via DMX, OSC, or HTTP. It supports an extensive range of LEDs such as RGB, RGBW, RGBA, RGBAW/RGBWA, and White fixtures, including 16-bit protocols, such as ENTTEC 9PDOT.

Designed to allow existing users to pick it up instantly and begin building it into their current creative workflow. Complex volumetric effects can be easily created using ELM's tested generative media effects, merge modes, and input methods while allowing for precise control of each individual slice of the model, opening a new approach to quickly generate effects.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Can I control multiple ATEMs from this device, say a Constellation 2 M/E, an ATEM mini and an ATEM extreme? Can they be mapped to ME1&2, ME3 and ME4?

A: The Blackmagic Design ATEM 1 M/E Advanced Panel is capable of controlling one ATEM switcher at a time, as it can only accept one IP address.

Q: 2. Will this control a Marshall Electronics CV620 PTZ Camera?

A: The camera is capable of being controlled by the ATEM supporting VISCA protocol and the Advanced Panel. So the panel should control this camera assuming it is connected to an ATEM that supports PTZ. Not all models do. We have not tested this camera but it looks like it should work.

Q: 3. Do I need 2 of these adapters and batteries or is one enough to run the camera?

A: One will work. Not quite as fast recycle time as LiIon/rechargable in my EL500. Whether you need 2 depends on how many shots you plan to take before changing the battery. Don't know how many shots you will get from one battery

Q: 4. Just to be clear. I can control my Atem 4 M/E broadcast 4k and hyperdeck extreme 4k all on one ATEM 1 M/E advanced panel?

A: Yes you can. All of those products are compatible with each other. The Advance Panel can control all current ATEM models.

Q: 5. Can these control multiple pts cameras (with different ID numbers)?

A: As per Blackmagic Design: These can control up to 7 PTZ cameras with daisy chained RS-422 connection using VISCA protocol. However, to be able to do that would require one of the ATEM switchers with the RS-422 connection.

Q: 6. I avoided early BMD switchers due to fan noise (it'll be in the auditorium, not a separate control room.) Is this still an issue with these newer units?

A: The Atem Switchers still have fans and can be positioned away from the area where you work using the Blackmagic Design ATEM 1 M/E Advanced Panel. The Panel is a just controller for the Atem Switcher model and would be silent.

Q: 7. We're are the input and output ports.

A: The Blackmagic Design ATEM 2 M/E Advanced Panel has four (4) RJ45 ports on the back of the unit.

Q: 8. Is it compatible with Blackmagic Design ATEM 4 M/E Constellation HD? MFR #SWATEMSCN2/1ME4/HD Thanks

A: Yes, the Blackmagic Design ATEM 2 M/E Advanced Panel can be used with the Blackmagic Design ATEM 4 M/E Constellation HD Live Production Switcher (2 RU). You will need to switch between the M/E that you are controlling via the dedicated buttons on the right side of each M/E row.

Q: 9. Would i be able to use this for scene changes in OBS? i want to use this instead of the Elgato stream deck since i have a lot of blackmagic gear. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1485171-REG/corsair_10gat9901_stream_deck_xl.html

A: The Blackmagic Design ATEM 1 M/E Advanced Panel must be connected a ATEM switcher in order to work .It is not a stand alone unit nor can it work with the Elgato Stream Deck XL.

Q: 10. Can the record button start/stop recording to multiple HyperDecks at the same time?

A: The Blackmagic Design ATEM 2 M/E Advanced Panel (B&H# BLATEM2MEADV) allows you direct control over one HyperDeck at a time. However, the ATEM lets you record a macro that would allow you to push a single button to initiate a series of actions (such as starting recording on multiple HyperDecks) at the same time.
