State-of-the-art hardware. Designed for professional video production. The Ranger Series is powered by Teradek's Emmy and Academy Award-winning technology for zero-delay wireless video transmission. This model boasts a maximum range of 750', and it works seamlessly within a variety of professional broadcast, sports, and ENG applications, including handheld gimbals, drones, and shoulder-mounted production cameras.

Pair any combination of Ranger TX and RX together, regardless of model. That means your production can quickly scale and operate a variety of Ranger systems best suited to your environment, despite differences in transmission range. Mixed Ranger systems operate with a range of the lowest paired model. 6 GHz operation requires support on both the TX and RX.

When a delay in audio and video transmission is noticeable, it's nearly impossible to offer a lifelike experience. Ranger's patented zero-delay technology solves this problem. With Ranger, your audio and video signals are transmitted with ultra-low latency, even in 4K60, providing a visually lossless and engaging experience for your viewers.

  • Install the Launchpad app on your macOS or Windows computer, or on iOS/Android phone
  • Bluetooth 5 LE connection support
  • Pair transmitters and receivers with the touch of a button
  • Measure and analyze the frequency and amplitude of a signal
  • View live channel strength for licensed/unlicensed bands
  • Monitor your live RF spectrum bandwidth

With the number of wireless devices on the rise, and a limited amount of frequency bands to choose from, there is little room for your signal to move without interference or disruption. But with Ranger, you have options: 5 GHz for general use, licensed band frequencies for special events, and the new 6 GHz U-NII-5 band for 12 new channels of uncongested wireless spectrum.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. I have Mars 300 Pro and 400S. Can never get both to work at the same time. Is there a way to do it? Thanks.

A: Hi Aaron, to run multiply systems at the same time, please kindly use the channel scan feature on your 300 Pro or MARS 400S. Choose different channels for each via the Transmitter. Besides, kindly place the receivers at least 0.5m far from each other.

Q: 2. I would like to use this at church to wirelessly transmit song lyrics and scripture from the laptop at the back of the room to the projector, which is about 40 feet away, line of sight, except there may be a room full of people in between rx and tx. Will this device work for me?

A: The Hollyland Mars 300 will work for your setup. Just make sure the TX & RX are in a line of sight and the RX is slightly elevated.

Q: 3. Can i use the Kondor Blue L series dummy baterry to power this?

A: Yes, you can use the Kondor Blue L Dummy Battery with the Mars 300 Set.

Q: 4. Can you use two of these systems at the same time for multi-cam shooting?

A: Hi Jay, yes, of course. • Choose different frequency channels with the number difference between each two channels bigger than 2 • Place each RX at least 0.5m away from the other • Place all RX 1.7m above the ground

Q: 5. Can the transmitter be powered by a normal 5V power bank?

A: Yes, the transmitter and receiver have a USB Type-C (5 VDC at 2 A) Input.

Q: 6. Does this device require the Android or iOS phone/tablet to be on wifi as well? Or culd this be used on location where there's no wifi signal?

A: Hi, the device works on wifi frequency (5 GHz), however you don't need an additional wifi transmitting unit on location. In other words, the Transmitter connects directly to the phone/tablet

Q: 7. Is there a Canon Lp-E6N battery plate for these?

A: The Mars 300 Pro does not support Canon Lp-E6N battery. All Hollyland Mars series supports NPF batteries.

Q: 8. It says pro version support 1080 at 59.94p but the monitor shows 1080 at 60p. Is there a way to select the output frame rate to be exactly 59.94p? Otherwise there are no benefits in 300 pro version compare to 400s version.

A: Hi Sergey, the Mars series only supports round frames.

Q: 9. Does it work on 5G alone or can it also work on different frequencies?

A: It will work. But I don't recommend for a live event and use it as a secondary camera because of the audio delay.

Q: 10. Is there a recommended device that can downscale a 4k image to 1080 for this to work? I'm using it with the Blackmagic video assist which unfortunately doesn't downscale the hdmi out.

A: Regarding your question related to the Hollyland Mars 300 PRO HDMI Wireless Video Transmitter/Receiver Set (Enhanced), B&H # HOHLM300PE, if you are working with 4K signals, a 4K-compatible transmitter, such as the one that comes with the Hollyland Pyro H 4K HDMI Wireless Video Transmission System, B&H # HOPYROH, would be recommended.
