A: According to Core, all of their FS7 accessories will work with the Sony PXW-FS7M2.

A: The JP-V-FS7 does not have Timecode or Gen Lock.(or ProRes or RAW for that matter.) It is just a device to allow you to use a large battery with convenient power ports at 1/4 the cost of the XDCA.
