The device also records geotagged video (2GB onboard capacity and up to 128GB with an optional micro-SD memory card), and its 60 Hz refresh rate and picture-in-picture zoom give a clear view of the subject despite darkness, glaring light, or lingering haze.

At the core of this device is the BOSON 12µm VOx microbolometer with 640x480 resolution. The optical system includes a 25mm lens with an 18x13° field of view and 1x, 2x, 4x, and 8x digital zoom. Thermal palettes include White Hot, Black Hot, Iron Bow, Rainbow, Graded Fire, and Lava, and display modes include scouting, picture-in-picture, and navigation. Communication capabilities include NFC (near field communication), Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and FLIR's TruWITNESS real-time streaming platform, as well as GPS positioning.

The Scion PTM366 is IP67-rated weatherproof and is powered by the included rechargeable battery pack, and provides up to 10 hours of runtime at 68°F. It measures 9.4x3.0x2.4" and weighs 20.2 ounces.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Is there any way to replace the black cap ?

A: Unfortunately no, this would have to be repaired or replaced by Canon or an Authorized Canon Repair Facility.

Q: 2. What is the difference between Sony NPF970 and BPU70 battery. Sony has discontinued NPF batteries in their website, So what is the alternative for NPF970?

A: The NP-F970 and the BP-U70 have different connectors and they are completely different batteries. Here is a link to our product page for NP-F970 alternatives: https://bhpho.to/2GWlFsx

Q: 3. Is this the same battery used in the G-11? It looks like it.

A: No, this battery is not compatible with the Canon Powershot G11 camera. The G11 requires the Canon NB-7L type battery. See the link below for details on the battery:http://bhpho.to/JzSr8z

Q: 4. When is the battery pack coming out. Waited impatiently for the 850, now where's the pack?

A: Unfortunately there is no exact ETA on the battery pack as of yet.

Q: 5. Does the BP-U30 have an internal low voltage cutoff protection circuit? Something separate from camera warning levels, that prevents over-discharge of the battery?

A: Hi Russell, Yes, the battery is protected. However, it has to be used in a proper way to receive the protection benefits. ~Ralph

Q: 6. Will this work with Canon 470EX-AI speedlight?

A: Unfortunately, the Canon 470EX-AI Speedlite lacks an external battery port, so the Bolt P12 is not compatible.

Q: 7. It looks like the same form factor as my 1D mark iii, mark iv, and X batteries. Will my existing batteries still work?

A: (cross posting). The batteries are interchangeable. The LP-E4 and LP-E19 have the same form factor and contacts. The LP-E4 will work in the 1DX Mark II at reduced camera performance. You can use the LP-E19 backward to the 1D Mark III but to get full battery performance you need the new charger. Otherwise the old charger will only charge to the performance level of the LP-E4 that it was designed for. Read about it by searching for canon lp-e19 charging with old charger that will go to the Canon learning article.

Q: 8. Could you power an Atomos Shogun Inferno with the Dtap on the BPU-60?

A: It should be possible, if you have a BP-U Battery with a D-Tap Accessory port like B&H # SWS8U63BS. You will also need the D-Tap to DC Connector that comes with the Shogun Inferno with Accessory Kit, B&H # ATSGI2AK.https://bhpho.to/2hhoMhihttps://bhpho.to/2uGbeii

Q: 9. Will this work with a SB28dc?

A: No, the CBP-12N Battery Pack is not compatible with the Nikon SB-28 flash

Q: 10. The three pin connector for the Canon/Bolt unit looks like it would fit my Godox TT685. Has anyone tried using this battery pack with Godox flashes ?
