Add an HDMI source to your ClickShare CX-50 Gen2 conferencing base unit with this HDMI In to USB-C Converter Kit from Barco. This dongle allows you to input and share video from an HDMI source for wireless sharing or for wired RoomDock mode. The converter also features a USB-C input, so there will still be a USB-C port available. Both modes need to be enabled on your CX-50 for use. The HDMI input supports up to UHD 4K30 resolution.

NOTE: The USB-C port on the converter is not DP compatible, so cannot be used to switch between HDMI and DP modes.

A: This totally depends on your cable. We use Canare RG59 HD-SDI coax cable and our longest run is about 200 feet. I use these Blackmagic design boxes in different parts of the building and they work great. There was one that I had to update the firmware, but that was very easy. These are great, reliable products.

A: It handles both 6G and 3G SDI. We use it with our 3G video equipment to use cheaper HDMI projectors, so it should work with your 3G camera, but we don't have that model to say for certain.
