A: I haven't had a need for the eraser on the pen. You can change what all the buttons do so you could just change one to be an eraser in photoshop if needed. I change the lower one of the pen to go back a step so if I mess up I can just go back a brush stroke.

A: The moment you activate this subscription it will start running, so if you want to make sure you get credit for your current version I recommend you to activate after you current version expires.

Q: 4. Using a Mac, may I turn off the buttons and the control ring, so they don't do anything when touched? My current Intuous 3 used to be able to do that, but recent Mac OS updates have removed that ability and it drives me crazy. Thanks!

A: The Wacom Intuos Pro Professional Pen & Touch Tablet does not provide that option.

A: The Wacom Intuos Pen (B&H # WALP190K) is only compatible with the Intuos Creative Pen tablets with the model numbers, CTL490, CTH490, and CTH690. Currently we do not have any pens compatible with model XD-0912-U.

Q: 7. Does anyone using the BlueTooth version notice a tracking lag compared to when it's wired? I used to have a wired Wacom Bamboo and now have the BlueTooth version of this Intuos and notice a tracking delay when using BlueTooth. It is noticeably delayed.

A: The lag would be miniscule however it would be expected due to current transmission speeds of wireless technology.

Q: 10. Did anyone try to use the Wacom Intuos tablet with Windows 10?It looks like I'm having compatibility issue getting it configured.

A: I use the Wacom Intuos Pro tablet on my MabBook Pro with Retina display. I also have Windows 10 operating on this computer under Parallels. Upon seeing your question, I booted into Windows 10 and was immediately able to operate the tablet. Because I do not need the tablet for my Windows 10 applications, I have not installed any special drivers for the tablet yet it appears to function perfectly. I did NOT test the use the tablet's special function buttons. The Windows 10 version I am running on the MacBook Pro is the original version, not the newest Anniversary Edition.
