Q: 1. Is there a specific panning video head for the Fotopro X-GO Max?

A: Mostly any head will work, I would recommend the Manfrotto Befree video head, click the link below to view; https://bhpho.to/2D5ugY1

Q: 2. I removed the ball head and cant get it back on. The plate for the head is preventing the threads from lining up. What am i doing wrong!?

A: Please feel free to contact our live chat team for the best support in the industry. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/l/Live-Video-Chat

Q: 3. Please inform me the expiration date of this film?

A: The fresh film B&H sells is good for at least 6 months. When the expiration date becomes less than 6 months, it is sold at a discount as short dated or expired..

Q: 4. What is standard black and white photo processing?

A: Generally, standard processing is used for black and white film negatives and C-41 processing is used for color film negatives, but there are a couple of black and white films that use C-41 processing (such as Ilford XP2 Super). Typically, one-hour photo labs that process film (if you can still find one) are only set up to process C-41. There are several mail-in photo labs in the US that process standard black and white film and return the negatives along with a CD or prints.

Q: 5. Is this film safe under x-rays? (I ask because I would buy it from outside the US, hence it would ship international and wouldn't have control over if it passes under x-rays or not)

A: Its not recommended to run a film over 1600 ASA true X-RAY

Q: 6. Is this film DX-coded?

A: yes, it is dx coded.

Q: 7. Does this X-GO Max have built in spikes (feet) with the rubber caps that the other FotoPro tripods have?

A: Yes.

Q: 8. What file type is the slide converted into?

A: The Kodak SLIDE N SCAN Max Digital Film Scanner converts the files to JPEG.

Q: 9. Can I flip the center column upside down to have the camera mounted under the legs for macro-photography?

A: Yes, you can reverse the center column.

Q: 10. Is this film 35mm T-Max ISO400 36 exposure film?

A: Yes, this is Kodak T-Max ISO 400, 36 count exposures in the roll.
