The ASI220 Mini USB 2.0 Mono Guide Camera from ZWO is used during astrophotography sessions to help your computer keep your mount tracking a subject with a high degree of accuracy during a long night of imaging. It is outfitted with a 1920 x 1080 1/1.8" sensor and tethers to your computer via USB cable or to your mount via ST4 cable. The ASI220 Mini can be used in a guide scope or an off-axis guider.

A: I believe the MacBook with the touch bar only has usb-c ports. This enclosure uses 1 or 2 standard usb cables to power and receive data from. With a usb-c to usb adaptor, it should work. I have a pre-retina MacBook Pro and it works well.

A: Unfortunately, the Matador Camera Base Layer 2.0 is too small for that combination. It is made for smaller compact DSLR and mirrorless cameras.

Q: 3. how does this connect to dell laptop?

A: Please note this is an external enclosure for an internal CD/DVD burner slot loading style to be encased externally and then it can be connected to a USB A port. It does not include the CD/DVD burner.

Q: 4. Will this drive read DVD-R disks?

A: This item is actually an enclosure only. It will not read any discs until you install a 9.5 mm optical drive.

Q: 5. Will this fit the Panasonic G9/GH6 cameras outfitted with either the 10-25 f/1.7 or 25-50 f/1.7 lenses?

A: No, the Matador Camera Base Layer 2.0 is too small for either camera setup.

Q: 6. Is the bottom screw for tripods plastic or does it have a metal thread?

A: The bottom thread would be made of aluminum on the Godox Mini Stand for Camera Flash.

Q: 7. This works for Blu-ray as well?

A: This is solely a CD/DVD reader/writer. It does not work with Blu ray.

Q: 8. Does this come with the 3 extension?

A: Included in the box with this mount would be a 3" Extension Bar.
