A: This capture device does not effect recording settings. You would adjust these settings in the software you are using to record. I recommend OBS.

A: The Magewell USB Capture HDMI Plus is primarily used for live streaming and connects to a computer via USB-A cable for recording or live streaming. The Madewell USB Capture HDMI Plus does not have any internal storage.

A: This is the Gen 2:Magewell USB Capture HDMI Gen 2 B&H # MA32060. We are no longer selling the Gen 1.

A: Yes it is.

Q: 10. would like to use a mixer for audio so wondering how much delay their is on the video?

A: I use it with a sound stream from the camera, via HDMI, no delay there. With a separate audio feed, if there is any delay, usually the streaming software has filters and settings to fine tune that problem. I had several lives with no problem, I have not yet tried with an external source.
