A: Mine did not come with a back drop sheet. as for as recommendations you will need to decide what you want either cloth or paper. I use cloth and have a few different ones from different manufacturers. I would suggest at least one black color then it is up to the look you want to achieve. I happen to like the Wescott brand but I'm sure any is ok.

A: Yes These are adjustable. Although I'm sure there is a minimum height because the poles are about 3 feet at their smallest breakdown. But These will easily go from 4 feet to 10 feet tall.
