A: Depending on how far your camera is placed from the sound source, it will not reproduce a very loud sound. For church services, we usually recommend taking a direct feed from the mixing board where the subject's own microphone is plugged into, thus using a direct feed. (be sure to switch your camera's input to line from mic).

A: Unfortunately Canon OC-E4A Off-Camera Multi-Function Shoe Cord (2.6') is not compatible with the Canon R5. That camera does not have the multi function shoe.
