The Tiffen 2 x 3" 1 Grape Soft-Edge Graduated Filter helps to specifically add a cool, purplish coloration to skies and other bright areas of an image while allowing a portion of the image to remain neutrally colored. The filter's coloring is densest at the edge and tapers to clear by the middle, with a soft-edged transition between the density and clear areas. The 1 color density provides less grape coloration than the 2 density filter.

This filter is made using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass and grinding flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch. It measures 2 x 3" / 50.8 x 76.2mm.

Note: A horizontal orientation filter's line of transition runs parallel to the long side of the filter.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. How much does this lens weigh?

A: The FUJIFILM XF 18-135mm F/3.5-5.6 R LM OIS WR Lens weighs 1.08 lb / 490 g.

Q: 2. Will this work on the ftz mount?

A: Yes, this lens will work with the Nikon FTZ adapter.

Q: 3. Will this lens perform well with the x-H2s?

A: Yes the Fuji 18-135 is a good lens that will work well with the x-H2s if you want a lens that will work for a range of focal lengths however this is not the best lens if you do a lot of low light work. For better low light performance you would want a 2.8 lens or better - but a 2.8 lens will not have the same amount of focal length range.

Q: 4. Any problems with the firmware and if so what did you do?

A: I have not encountered any problems shooting with the Nikon D7100 nor with the Nikon D750.Have you checked to see if applies only to certain camera bodies. Sometimes firmware updates are available for specific combinations only.

Q: 5. Focus lag / performance?I had originally planned on getting this lens when I sold my Tamron 200-500mm last year. The focus performance on that lens was not good and I was hoping the new Tamron would be a better performer. I've read a lot that in anything other than bright sunlight that the new Tamron does not perform well acquiring focus. What is your experience with this lens? are you happy with it? why or why not?I'll be using a D7200.I have been leaning toward the Sigma 150-600mm Sport version. I'm confident that it is well built and a great performer but its twice the price and a lot heavier. If you've used both lenses please let me know your thoughts.Thank you,Steve

A: I'm very happy with the Tamron 150-600. I use it on my D300 & D800 and it focus as fast as or faster than my Nikkor lenses. You will love it.

Q: 6. replacement lens hood for this lens ?

A: You will need to contact Fujifilm directly for a replacement lens hood. Their contact information can be found at the following link: http://bit.ly/1eGjPbu

Q: 7. Is the lens compatible with the XE3

A: This Fuji lens (XF55-200mm) would work with all Fuji 'X' series Mirrorless cameras.

Q: 8. Will this G1 work on the Z6 with the Adapter. Will the autofocus work? I read there’s a firmware update for the G2 model.

A: The G1 will not auto focus. You can still use it but manual only. The G2 will work with the Z6 & Z7 with the new firmware update for this lens. Its a great lens!

Q: 9. What specifically is the UV haze filter (brand, model, etc) that is included in this package? (It would be nice to have the details explained in the description)

A: The UV haze filter will help to cut through UV haze especially with landscape photography. However, I feel that the most important reason for using the filter is to protect the lens. Putting the filter on is the first thing I do when I get the lens. It is a lot less expensive to replace a scratched filter than a scratched lens, which is bound to happen with use over time.

Q: 10. Can this be used with a Nikon D3100 and a D3200? (neither camera has autofocus on the body)

A: The Tamron SP 150-600mm lens for Nikon is fully comopatible with the D3100 and D3200 including autofocus. The lens has its own built-in motor for focus.
