The Tiffen 2 x 3" 4 Coral Soft-Edge Graduated Filter helps to specifically add a warm, pale orange coloration to skies and other bright areas of an image while allowing a portion of the image to remain neutrally colored. The filter's coloring is densest at the edge and tapers to clear by the middle, with a soft-edged transition between the density and clear areas. The 4 color density provides less coral coloration than the 5 density, but more than the 3 density filter.

This filter is made using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass and grinding flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch. It measures 2 x 3" / 50.8 x 76.2mm.

Note: A horizontal orientation filter's line of transition runs parallel to the long side of the filter.

Provides a natural-looking warming effect to select areas of the image.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. WILL IT WORK WITH CANON EOS 70D?

A: I use this lens on my Canon 70D... it works great. The combination works best with lots of light. The focus hunts quite a bit in low light, so I manually set focus in those situations. It's a bit heavy, but is a great lens for the money!

Q: 2. nikon D70 compatibility?

A: I use a D300 and it works great and I see no reason that it will not work well on D70. I have found that it works best on a tripod.

Q: 3. What is the difference between the Tamron SP 150-600mm f/5-6.3 Di VC USD and the Tamron SP 150-600mm F/5-6.3 Di VC USD G2 lens?

A: B&H # TA1506005G2N is the Generation 2 version of this lens. When going from generation to generation on a lens improvements are made to the overall optics and design for better image quality. Also the Generation 2 version works with the TAP-in Console. https://bhpho.to/2mEx0Cd

Q: 4. Is this lens the equivalent to the Nikon FX format?

A: Yes, this lens is the equivalent to a Nikon FX type lens.

Q: 5. Does this lens zoom internally or does it extend like the Canon 100-400L IS USM

A: The Tamron 150-600 doesn't have internal zoom, and will extend and contract depending on if it is zoomed in or out.

Q: 6. I have read several reviews and am a bit confused. Will the lens work with either a D800 or D810 and a teleconverter and still be capable of auto focus?

A: You will find the performance to be a bit better on the Nikon D 810, however if you plan to use the lens-teleconverter combo to track moving subjects, then your results will drop dramatically. You would be much better off to use the DX mode on the D 800 or D 810 to take advantage of the crop factor since this gets you the effect of the teleconverter without lowering the amount of light hitting the sensor. The only drawback is now your skill needs to be higher in order to keep your subject in the center of the frame. This can be challenging when you have the whole frame to work with and becomes much more difficult in the crop mode. In short, there are tradeoffs with every choice you make so choose wisely....!

Q: 7. can u use on eos70d

A: Yes, the lens is fully compatible with the 70D.

Q: 8. Is it compatible with Canon 7d MarK

A: Yes

Q: 9. Will this lens work on a Canon 5D III?

A: Yes it is. This lens is designed for both full-frame and APS-C-sized image sensors and is compatible with all Canon EOS DSLR cameras.

Q: 10. what warranty with tamron 150-600mm lens?

A: This lens has a Limited 6-Year Warranty.
