The black 21357 Distance Rod with Pneumatic Spring from K&M is a steel tube combination used to connect satellite systems. It has 5 height adjustable positions, between 36.4 to 56.9". This rod features a redundant securing system, with a clamping screw and locking pin. The integrated 37.5 lb pneumatic spring is designed to ease the extension and retraction of the loudspeakers. The distance rod end is in the form of a peg, designed to make is easier to mount and remove the loudspeaker. M20 threaded bolts are used to attach the 24116 connector plate.

A: K&M lists no such data on their website. I can tell you that I've placed no more than 100lbs without issue multiple times. It is very well and heavily built. I would be more concerned with the mounting system in speaker cabinet than the load limit of the distance rod.

I purchased 5 of the HP7R rechargeable flashlights for the guys in my shop last year around Christmas time. Was looking for something to sit on an existing desk, would fit my monitor & keyboard and would allow me to work standing or sitting. This exact fit the bill. Only caution is that with items on top when you lower it, the weight can bring the table down too fast if you don't slow it. 5

I worked as a conductor for a railroad. When I needed to see what was happening with the train, any other flashlight I used was too dim or didn't last long enough in the cold. My worst experience was when we had a trespasser fatality and my flashlight went out on me half way through the investigation. When I bought this flashlight, it became the only one I carried. Now, I have bought five of them for me and my family for walking dogs in the winter or when the power goes out. Simply the BEST flashlight I have ever owned. The options for powering the flashlight are great and extend the life of the flashlight no matter what gets thrown at you. 5

We have another adjustable desk at the office, but I like this one better because it has a flat surface (as opposed to the two-level the other one has) and the pneumatic mechanism allows you to set it at any height instead of the pre-determined ones. Price was much better too. 5
