The Tiffen 4 x 6" 2 Tangerine Soft-Edge Graduated Filter helps to specifically add a warm, pale orange coloration to skies and other bright areas of an image while allowing a portion of the image to remain neutrally colored. The filter's coloring is densest at the edge and tapers to clear by the middle, with a soft-edged transition between the density and clear areas. The 2 color density provides less tangerine coloration than the 3 density, but more than the 1 density filter.

This filter is made using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass and grinding flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch. It measures 4 x 6" / 101.6 x 152.4mm.

Note: A vertical orientation filter's line of transition runs parallel to the short side of the filter.

Q: 1. Are there still issues with this lens or had Tamron corrected those problems? I remember when it came out people complained about focusing issues.

A: From what I hear there is actually a new version of this lens. Having that said, I have the old version. Although it has its limitations, for example low light conditions are challenging, but not impossible if you adjust your settings for it, and extreme far away objects get rather soft. I've done some surprisingly nice images of wildlife at as little as 1/250 of a second. Not too shabby.My nikon 400mmlens hunts a lot more than this one. Although it hunts a little when I'm trying to get warblers. I think the only thing I would want to change on it is the location of the manual focus ring. (I like to manual focus)It's a pretty good lens overall and I'm very happy with mine.

Q: 2. For the D750, which is the better lens: (1) the Tamron 150-600 FX or (2) the Tamron 150-600 for FX and DX? Price difference is approx $400.

A: I assume you're talking about the (older) Tamron SP 150-600 versus the (newer) 150-600 G2? The supported sensor sizes are the same. Any lens that covers an FX sensor (like your D750 has) will also cover the smaller DX sensor (like my D5200).As for which is better, the G2 has some improvements, but nothing I couldn't live without, and the extra $400 would've broken my budget. I'm quite happy with my (non-G2) lens and the extra money in my pocket.

Q: 3. Will all camera functions work properly if this lens is used with the Canon EOS Rebel T2i and the Canon Extender EF-1.4xll?

A: The Canon extenders are only compatible with a select number of Canons pro level telephoto lenses; they are not compatible with lenses from other manufacturers such as the Tamron 150-600mm.
