The Tiffen 6 x 4" Double Fog 1 Filter simulates the effects of natural fog or mist by creating a soft glow around highlights and lowering the overall contrast of the scene. When compared to the standard Fog filter, this filter places greater emphasis on lowering the contrast while maintaining sharpness and minimizing the effects of flare. The 1 density provides more fog effect that the 1/2, but less than the 2, and requires no exposure compensation.

Tiffen filters are made using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass and grinding flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch. This filter measures 4 x 6" / 101.6 x 152.4mm.

Q: 1. I have a bell and Howell super 16 camera, can I just slap this in and shoot? Looking to get into super 16 film.

A: Yes, it should be like this. The only way to know how they work is by making them work with roll. Good luck and enjoy the experience.

Q: 2. WHEN USING THIS LENS ON A 7D MK II HOW MANY OF THE 65 AF POINTS WILL BE ACTIVE IN AL SRVO? ALL 65 OR FEWER?

A: Wrong section.

Q: 3. is this lens compatible with a Canon EOS rebel T1i ?

A: The Tamron 150-600mm lens for Canon is fully compatible with the T1i, yes.

Q: 4. Intend to shoot outside in a daylight situation, wht iso shoud I refer in lightmeter settings,500 or 320 ,will not use any filt?

A: You should use ISO 500 with the Kodak VISION3 500T Color Negative Film #7219 (16mm, 100' Roll, Single Perf) in those conditions.

Q: 5. Is this film (and specifically the spool it comes on) suitable for use in an Arriflex SR3 camera or an Aaton Xtera camera? Also, this film was only $208/roll a few weeks ago. Why the price increase?

A: The Kodak VISION3 500T Color Negative Film 7219/SP457 will be compatible with both the Arriflex SR3 and Aaton Xtera. As for pricing, the pricing on our site is dependent on our cost from the manufacturers. Its not uncommon for this to fluctuate.

Q: 6. Is this lens AF or only manual? I have D750. Do any of the users can tell me if there are AF issues?

A: I use it with a D610 and it's on my camera more than any lens when shooting wildlife. I've had it since it first was released. Excellent lens!!! Focus is really good for such a large range lens.

Q: 7. Is this lens compatible with a Nikon D60?

A: Yes. This lens will be compatible with both FX and DX Nikon bodies. This includes your D60.

Q: 8. Dear, this model is compatible with a Nikon D5100 camera?

Q: 9. Is this film compatible with many different cameras?

A: It should be compatible with any super 16mm film camera

Q: 10. Can I use this film with a Revere-Eight Model 88?

A: I don't believe you can. I'm not too familiar with those cameras, but they are 8mm, right? This film is 16mm (which regular 8 actually is before they cut it), but it is 100 feet and would not fit into the camera. Plus, 8mm uses double the sprocket holes, so this film would not have enough holes, so it would't run well through the camera, and would likely get the sprockets punching extra holes in the film and/or jamming up. If that camera is Regular (Double) 8mm (which I believe it is), check out the B&W Fomapan. Regular 8 is at least cheaper than this 16mm film! If it's Super 8, there are a lot more options in terms of film stock. Hopefully that's a little helpful. Maybe someone else will know more about the Revere-Eight Model 88. Have you shot a test roll yet with the camera and verified it's functioning properly?
