A: Contact the manufacturer and explain what happened and include a snap shot of your purchase order to verify everything. Ask if the warranty is broken if you remove the leg to see what is broken? If they approve and you feel comfortable removing that leg pivot pin, I'd do that to see what is actually broken. Phone snap a picture of it if broken and email it to manufacturer to see if they can send you a new part. This may be faster to repair as they simply send you a part.
