Rosco Fluorescent Lighting Sleeves/Tube Guards are a very reliable and cost-effective system for easy control of tough lighting scenarios- especially under fluorescents. In addition to the financial benefits of the sleeves, they protect against the potential disaster of glass shattering by containing the lamp within the end caps.

Rosco sleeves are constructed of a solid polycarbonate tube within which is held the specific filter. The choice of filters and combination of filters is endless - there are complete Roscolux, Cinegel or E-Colour color filter lines - something for every venue, every photographer, every cinematographer.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. will this work with sony a7s and their 60 model flash?

A: This bracket is designed for full size Sony DSLRs and will not be compatible with a Sony A7s.

Q: 2. Can the extender tube be installed and remain connected when the tripod is folded/closed for transport, or does the extender tube have to be removed to close up the tripod? And does the listed weight (1.1 lb) include the extender tube?

A: The weight with the extender tube is 1.1lbs. You can fold and store the tripod with the extender tube attached, but it will be larger even folded up with the extender tube attached.

Q: 3. Is the TMA38CL just a slightly longer version of the TMA38C?

A: Yes, the TMA38CL is 8 longer than the now discontinued TMA38C.

Q: 4. Will the RPS Lighting RS-0420/S RPS TTL Digital Flash Bracket Kit for Sony Alpha DSLRs work with Sony A-99?

A: Yes, this will fit the A99.

Q: 5. Looking to use this for backpacking, so size and weight are critical.. Do the weight and folded length shown (1.1 lb and 15 inches) correspond to the complete tripod including the ball head? If so, any idea of the weight and length of the legs with the head removed?

A: The weight and folded length shown does take the ball head into account. Although Oben does not publish the load capacity of this tripod without the ball head, the legs measure 12.1 inches without the ball head attached.

Q: 6. Besides the 2kg difference in load capacity, are there any other major or key differences between the BV8 and BV10? Will I be sacrificing more than just load capacity? Is the BV10 just overall better-made?

A: The 2KG/4.4 Pound difference in load capacity really is what sets the BV8 and BV10 apart. They are both well made tripods, it would just be a matter of if you need that extra bit of load capacity for your set up.https://bhpho.to/2ozfv7d

Q: 7. How about the Sony 77ii, will this fit as well?

A: I dont believe they changed the mount size on the 77 to the 77II. I use it with my A77 and love what it does for my flash....... Hope this helps you

Q: 8. How about the Sony a58, will this fit as well?

A: Yes, the Sony a58 is included in the compatible cameras.

Q: 9. Does the bubble level illuminate?

A: The bubble level is not illuminated.

Q: 10. I have owned the H8 model for a few years now and there is only one thing that has been disappointing. The maximum drag is not nearly enough. Does this model go from no drag to a good, heavy drag?

A: I'm very happy with the resistance provided with the pan drag. I tried a Manfrotto product prior to purchase and my decision to purchase the BV 10 has made me very happy.

This is a quick and simple way to use any lens for psuedo macro work and it's a lot lighter to carry around then another lens. I find this extension tube length reduces the focus distance enough that an object that normally fills roughly 1/6th of my 1D MkIII viewfinder will take up about 3/4 of the viewfinder. The build quality is excellent as should be expected at this price.

I decided to get this for my 24-105mm f4 L and EF-S 10-22 for those times when I do not want to carry around an extra macro lens. Works great. Highly recommend if you want to travel light and still want the flexibility to take some nice close ups. Expertise: Amateur

This product allows me to do things I have not been able to do and get the images the way I want them to look.

I have tried reversing rings on manual bodies in the past and while they are cost effective, they are inconvenient to use since you have to calculate the exposure manually. This extension tube is simple to use but brings the photo so much closer, which is great not only for insects, praying mantids, etc., but for getting closeups of childrens' faces. I should have spent the money years ago.

I use this primarily on a 300 f/4. The minimum focus distance is reduced by about 20%. Also provides a slight increase in magnification. The maximum focus distance is reduced to about 12 yards.
