Q: 1. Is this good for vinyl backdrops like Savage 9' x 20' ?

A: I use mine for vinyl. The legs support the weight fine. With the legs extended to full height is gets a bit wobbly so use sandbags. The cross bar sags under the weight. My vinyl has a lightweight core, if it was heavier it would probably help to lessen the sag.

Q: 3. Is the center pole not adjustable my room is only 10.50 wide?

A: Sorry, no it's not. The Westcott Background Support System #9014 crossbar is made up of 3 pieces of tubing which you can see at the fjwestcott dot com website.With all three pieces of the crossbar used the width is 10.5ft, but the width at the stand bases (tripods) is 12.5ft. So, it definitely won't fit in your room.With only two pieces of the crossbar used the width is reduced to 7ft. Total width at the stand bases would be 9ft. This would fit in your room. Keep in mind that you would be limited to 7 ft wide backdrops, which is ok if you use Canvas as there are many to choose from. But with Muslin & Fabric, and Seamless Paper backdrops there are few options in 7ft widths (at least based on my past limited research; but then again my studio area is large enough to accommodate the full 10.5ft/12.5ft width so there may be more options out there for 7ft backdrops now. Q: 5. I just received this product and it does not match the photographs. Specifically, the nut that screws onto the top of the stand to hold the rod in is not the the one shown with the black plastic handle, but rather a cheap small little wing nut with no washer. Did I receive the wrong product? Also, the holes in the pole at either end won't fit over the top of the stand as in the picture. Why not?

A: The Wimaxit WIMAXIT 10.5" HDR Portable Monitor does not have controls to flip the displayed image. This is normal, changing the display orientation is something you would do from the settings on your computer.
