I don't know what the range of heights is. Meanwhle, there are the cross-poles which can be joined to extend the width available for backdrops. All in all, it's a pretty cool system, but do pay attention to the height ranges of the vertical poles and your ceiling height. If the poles can't reach your ceiling or if they're too tall, it won't work for you. Best of luck.
