The MIDI protocol allows communication between a computer and a digitally controlled synthesizer (keyboard, drum machine, etc.) by transmitting how the notes are to be produced. For example, commands like note on, note off, pitch shift, and tempo create much smaller files and more realistic music, relying on the synthesizer to create all audible sounds.

This nonserviceable cable features durable, nickel-plated connector bodies, and the stranded copper conductors are surrounded by a dense copper shield to ensure interference-resistant data transfer. The right-angle design allows for a better fit and neater cabling in some rigs.

Each of the five pins on the connectors of these MIDI cables is wired to support all MIDI functions, including uploading and downloading data and relaying SysEx information.

Hosa makes their cables in a variety of lengths to suit virtually any application.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will this fit any Nikon SLR camera?

A: NO, it made for micro 4/3 lens mount only. But u can find the mount adapter from nikon mount to micro 4/3 to make it fit

Q: 2. Does B&H cover the warranty or do I need to speak directly to Rokinon regarding my lens' inability to focus?

A: B&H only offers a 30-Day Return Policy on the lenses we carry. Rokinon offers a Limited 1-Year Worldwide Warranty on their lenses. For warranty repair needs beyond the 30-Day Return Policy, you would have to contact Rokinon directly for warranty repair assistance. B&H does not have a service & repair center, and we do not service or repair camera equipment or accessories.a href= http://www.rokinon.com/contact target= _blank http://www.rokinon.com/contact/a

Q: 3. I assume at the price of this lens it is probably not weather/dust protected. Can you tell me if the lens has internal focus?

A: The front element does move when focusing and, no, I don't believe it's weather sealed. I will not use a lens of this focal length often, so I am quite happy with the image quality at this price. There is quite a lot of lens flare, but this varies a bit with the f-stop, and most of it I can eliminate with post-processing anyway. The fit to my E-M10 is quite tight but not enough to cause any problems.

Q: 4. is there a mount for the Sony A6000 for this lens?

A: No. Not at this time. It is only made for the Micro 4/3 system

Q: 5. Can one remove the hood without cutting it off? on cheaper fisheye, there are 3 screws under front ring with letters, maybe its the same here. And how can i make focus/ap. rings go tihghter?

A: You cannot remove the hood on this lens.

Q: 6. When would I use such a small tripod?

A: on a table top to shoot 'home videos'

Q: 7. "all without obstruction of the camera's LCD monitor". I don't see how it is possible not to obstruct the LCD monitor from rotating when its flipped out. Can someone let me know if it is truly unobstructed?

A: There are currently some user photos of this bracket in use, showing the position of the LCD.

Q: 8. is this made by samyang?

A: I firmly believe that the Rokinon is the same as Samyang or the Bower Fisheye lense. I am a newcomer to the Rokinon; and find it a wonderful and creative lense and does what it is meant for. I like it so much that I have it permanently on one of my Olympus Cameras. So much fun using it; with excellent results.- Is my opinion.

Q: 9. The vertical top end of the plate appears to make contact with the top left corner of the body. Has anyone experienced wear or will the plate scratch or create wear areas on the body where it makes direct contact?

A: You should not get any wear on the body from the L bracket.

Q: 10. May I know where and how to send for warranty as I am living in Singapore / Malaysia?

A: I apologize, but this type of request cannot be taken care of through this feature of our website. Please contact our Customer Service department by entering Live Chat, emailing directly to cs@a href= http://bhphoto.com, target= _blank bhphoto.com,/a or calling us toll-free at 800.221.5743.
