Q: 1. Is this compatible with manfrotto 190cxpro4?

A: I'm looking at my 190X Pro B tripod with a 556B Leveling Center Column. (Just checked to make sure). Here's the thing: There are 2 'leveling columns'; the 555 and the 556. Just make double sure you check the right one when you order. The 555 is a little larger and for their bigger tripods. You'll be happy with the addition to your tripod system. Makes set-up really quick. I have the 128C head attached to it so I can pan with my DSLR in video mode should the occasion arise.
