Q: 1. Can you elaborate a bit on how to charge the battery? There is no AC cord provided, instead a USB type cord

Q: 2. Does the fact that the flash's slave sensor or a remote slave would be obscured by the front diffuser cause any problems with reception, output, etc?

A: No it does not effect it, but I have only used it with pocket wizards. Although this product looks like an interesting soft box option, I would not recommend this product. The box cannot tilt down more then about 20 degrees. It makes it extremely difficult to dial in your lighting.

Q: 3. The product info claim there's two brackets included, yet the product images show a third. Does this include the third bracket to use a single HeadOne in tilt mode? Thanks!

A: There are two brackets in this kit: An L bracket and a connector bracket.

Q: 4. Does it work on an M1 MacBook Pro?

Q: 5. I see that it can take a cover grid, but that size is 24' x 32' is the only that is sold. Will there a 24' x 36' be sold as well?

A: The softbox is not designed to take a grid. There are grids made by other companies 24x36 but it will not fit. You can try to attach it but you will need to rig it.

Q: 6. Will Yongnuo YN-E3-RT II trigger this?

Q: 7. May I know what's the difference between the three items here? Just the cleaning head size? But the FilterKlear Filter vs Lens Cleaner are having the same cleaning head size. Thank you.

A: The difference between the three Lenspen products in this kit is not necessarily the size of the cleaning tip, but rather the differences are the intended uses for each of them. There is a normal Lenspen, which is made for DSLR lenses, a FilterKlear pen for cleaning filters, and then there is a MicroPro pen, which is designed for viewfinders and tight corners.

Q: 8. If the carbon is invisible then how do you know the sponge contains anything?

A: You can test the lens pen on a white sheet, also the invisible carbon used on these pens' cleaning heads absorbs fingerprint oil and smudges without abrading any of your delicate surfaces. once the replenishment finishes the tip of the pen won't feel as smooth.

Q: 9. Is it compatible with yne3-RT? YES OR NOT? in one question above somebody already asked this and the answer was no, you have to use the YN560TX PRO to trigger this light but then somebody else asked if this light is compatible with the 686 exrt and the yn-e3-rt and the anwanser was that yes they where compatibble. Can somebody teel for sure if this light is compatible with rt flashes and triggers like the yn-e3rt, 686ex-rt and canon rt flahes?

A: Yes, I just tested and confirmed that the Yongnuo YN-E3-RT II Wireless Speedlite Transmitter for Canon will be able to fire the Yongnuo YN200 Battery Powered Speedlite no problem.

Q: 10. can i use this to clean the back of the glass? if there has been contact/smudge on the inside of the lens?

A: Hi Dianne. If you're referring to the glass on the side of the lens where it attaches to the body of the camera, then yes, that should not be a problem. From my experience, these lens pens work very well. The smallest one will even clean the viewfinder glass. Buy with confidence. Have a great weekend.
