A: We are not able to test in between brands but there should be no reason that this charger would not charge the Ikan battery.

A: The DR-CH2A will charge the Dionic 90 batteries. There is a standard AC plug included.

A: The DR-CH2A will charge the Dionic HC batteries.

A: Just as long as they are Gold Mount the Switronix Hypercore Batteries should charge fine on this unit. For the most part Gold Mount batteries and chargers are interchangeable between brands.

A: Ken -- I believe you can do that, although we have not tested it. However, I would not recommend that. I think it takes a while to charge my 150wh batteries... I'm talking like 5 hours or more. I feel like it should be faster than that. Other than that, it works fine I guess. If you have 2 batteries on one side, it will take the lesser charged battery up to the current charge state of the other one, THEN start charging both simultaneously to 100%. Kinda weird. Not sure if my other chargers have done that in the past? Maybe they have. 5

I'll start with the obvious, this is a rebranded generic charger. If you search the usual places for imported chargers, the design of this quad charger is very clearly identical. Hopefully the internals are built to a higher spec than the cheaper options, but that's not why I bought this one. Out of all of the affordable (and not so affordable) chargers, this is the only one that has a LIFETIME warranty. I'm currently looking at a small pile of dead chargers in my gear room from Anton Bauer and Core, and the repair charges for those are either more than they're worth, or the service department was completely non responsive. I'm happy to pay more for a company that will stand behind their products, even if they are just rebadging another company's product. Otherwise, the charger works great! It charges my 150 Wh batteries very quickly throughout a day, both AB micro titans and no name Amazon batteries. The only thing that could be better is if they used a bigger fan that could spin at a slower speed. When it ramps up, it's too loud to keep in the same room that you're actively recording audio in. That's a small price to pay for a quad charger in this price range. Thanks Shape! 5
