A: You will need to use a tripod mount adapter for GoPros. The slider just moves horizontally.

A: In manual mode, the slider is still operating as a motorized slider needing the belt to work with this slider. For optimal performance with smooth movement with little to no sounds, make sure to keep the slider horizontally leveled and within the weight capacity of the slider.
