A: No there isn't one that is suitable for this set up

Q: 9. What am I supposed to do with these 15mm rod holders? I don't have a battery grip, but if I did the rods couldn't even go through the battery. So I don't know what its purpose is.

A: 15mm rods are used for a variety of reasons like attaching a follow focus wheel, focus motor, lens support, clamps, etc.

Q: 10. Can the side handle flop to the right handed side? Is there a right handed version of this kit? (or just the handle)

A: Unfortunately, this style of handle (Tilta Advanced Power Handle) is limited to the left-side of the cage.
