Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. How long will it last with 6AA batteries at Max bright?

A: You would probably get around 20-30 minutes of run time out of AA batteries when shooting at max brightness. For much longer run times we suggest adding an NP-F style battery, such as B&H # WANPF770.https://bhpho.to/2n2NUHc

Q: 2. Is there a module to use with a Panasonic Dmc-fz1000

A: Digital CompatibleDigital Compatibility - Compatible with the most current digital metering systems from the top camera manufacturers, including iTTL from Nikon and e-TTL 1 & 2 from CanonAF Flash MeasurementAF Flash Measurement - Auto focus assist beam integrated in the flash unit makes automatic focus adjustment with AF-SLR cameras possible.Secondary ReflectorSecondary Reflector - To fill-in the shadows created when using indirect flashSCA SystemSCA System - Camera manufacturer specific interchangeable adapters that support additional special functions (including digital TTL) enable the flash to be used with multiple camera systems. you will need a dedicated module for the Panasonic Dmc-fz1000 to communicate and work in TTL mode with your camera. If B&H does not list it, I would recommend contacting Metz US on the web or call them directly.

Q: 3. hi just asking if what is the battery now used inside the P 76-56 battery pack? leo amaro fr PHILIPPINES

A: The Metz Mecablitz 76 MZ-5 flash uses this nickel metal hydride battery. Please take a look at the following link:http://bhpho.to/1gu46Hh

Q: 4. what are the barndoors for?

A: Barndoors prevent light from spilling off and can be even used to further direct how you want the light to be projected. You can close off the barn doors to a certain degree to limit the light's beam.

Q: 5. Is the D-tap output 12-15v dc or 26v dc?

A: The D-tap output is 12-16.8V.

Q: 6. works with 1ds mk 2 and 7 d?

A: Unfortunately, the M6 module that comes in this kit is not backwards compatible with the 1DS II and 7D. For those two cameras you would need the M5 module. This is no longer available, so you might need to find a used one.

Q: 7. I want to attach this to my hasselblad 503 or my mamiya 7II. Is there a sync cord for this unit?

A: The Metz SCA 390 Dedicated Module for Hasselblad Manual Focus Cameras, B&H # ME5544, would be the module designed for use on the Hasselblad 503 for TTL usage. Unfortunately, this adapter has been discontinued and is no longer available. As the Mamiya 7II has a standard hot shoe, the Metz Dedicated Module - Standard ISO Foot - SCA 301, B&H # ME5519, would allow you to connect the flash to your camera for manual usage. If you have a cold shoe for use with your Hasselblad camera, you may also use the SCA 301 above with the Metz 36-50 Standard Sync Cord, B&H # ME5548, for manual flash usage with your Hasselblad 503 camera.

Q: 8. What power supply works with the YN-216?

A: 6 AA batteries

Q: 9. Could this hold a 35mm, 50mm, and 85mm lens along with a full frame camera body (Canon)?

A: No, this bag is too small to hold that gear.

Q: 10. can you use aa batteries as well and the sony np series for extended run time?

A: You can use batteries as well. Not sure about how the batteries operate if they both are in use. I am not sure if one source takes precedence over the other if both are present and attached. I can say this.... The large sony batteries hold up way longer than the thinner batteries. I have not used AA enough to form an opinion.
