Q: 1. Is there a polarize filter that fits this camera? I want to film in a desert setting where there is lots of reflected light off the surface.

A: Unfortunately, B&H does not have any filter holders for the SJCam. However, if you internet search, there is the Hot Aluminium Protective cage Metal SJCAM SJ4000 Housing Case. It will take this Hoya Polarizer that we do sell.

Q: 2. In Playback mode, what does the key icon on the left side of the screen mean when viewing video playback? It doesn't appear on all videos. Also, when Delete is selected on the Setup menu and you press the top button, then in the next menu you highlight Delete Current then press the front button, a screen appears with a list. Using the front button, scroll to the third page with the Playback (blue triangle) icon at the top. The key symbol also appears on this page. Whenever the key symbol is absent during Playback, it's also absent on the list. When present in Playback, it's present on the list. Does anybody know what it means? Thanks.

Q: 3. Does anyone know the plug size for the DC 12V input? I tried 5.5mm x 2.1mm and that didn't fit.

A: I am sorry, we are not aware of an AC power supply that is compatible with this unit.

Q: 4. Is there supposed to be a card for the warranty in the packaging?

A: Not only is it a question of warranty registration: how are owners notified of firmware updates or product recall notices? I checked the manufacturer's website but found nothing helpful, though I suppose you could send an e-mail to the address they listed or mail a letter to the address in China!

Q: 5. Will this comfortably hold Canon's full frame 6 D with attached 70-300 lens? Are the velcro dividers strong enough to hold the camera/lens without coming loose? I've heard horror stories of some other bags where the velcro came loose and the equipment got all jumbled.

A: I often have my 5D MkIII with 70-200 f2.8 attached, plus another lens (and odds and ends), all securely held in place with the dividers. This has to be one of my better purchases, great street photography.

Q: 6. Does the camera have an option to include the date and time on the photo?

A: Yes, you can print the date on the photos, page 195 of the manual.

Q: 7. Two questions. 1. In Camera mode, is the 5-digit number shown in the lower left corner the remaining space available on the memory card? If yes, then 2. After taking a few photos and recording some videos of less than 1 minute each, I re-formatted the 32GB MicroSDHC memory card (deleted the entire contents). When I checked Camera mode afterwards, it indicated only 19.578GB remaining. Why isn't there about 32GB available on the card?

A: No card after formatting will show as much space as the card's stated size. This basic computer engineering and has to do with how files are created and controlled. However, losing a 1/3 of capacity is wrong. I am guessing that you may have some protected files still on the card. If not, then try with another card.

Q: 8. Does the camera come with a battery and a battery charger ?

A: Yes the battery and AC adapter are included for powering and charging the camera.

Q: 9. how many batteries does it come with? is the camera strap floatable? also how do u charge it, do you charge in a wall?

A: It comes with one battery and you can plug it into the wall through a USB cable. I'm not sure if the strap is floatable.
