Q: 1. When I use the cleaning tip, it seems to drop little piece (the material on the tip) as it touches the lens surface, is this normal?

A: This does happen with lens pens and is normal. Sometimes the bristles will get caught and stuck between surfaces of the lens or filter and get pulled out of the brush. Other cleaning options like a reusable cleaning cloth or disposable lens tissue would not have this issue.

A: This kit consists of 2 Scrim Jim Cine 4 x 6 ft frames, which is (8) 46" sections, (4) 22" sections, (4) 2" straight connectors, and (8) 2D corner connectors.

A: Yes, the Westcott theC47 DP Kit offers reinforced rigid frame that allows end-users to mount floppys when needed.

A: This kit will work with the Nikon SB-900. You would be connecting the flash to the radio receiver which then mounts to the Impact Umbrella Bracket. The problem you mentioned has to do with certain umbrella bracket which have smaller cold shoe attachments.

A: This softbox does not come with a mount insert. You can pick a Bowens or one of several other options.

Q: 10. Datacolor SpyderX Photo Kit: will the software really work with windows 7? (Datacolor web site only mentions windows 10/11)

A: The Datacolor SpyderX Photo Kit only supports Windows 10/11 and Mac OS. Windows 7 support was discontinued.
