A: The Photek SoftLighter Umbrella with Removable 8mm Shaft (60") is not recommended for continuous lights generating ample amounts of heat. An actual softbox would be better suited for a 600W continuous light.

A: I love the kit. The diffuser works great. It is very nice and quick set up. I actually have all 3 sizes. I run workshops and other photographers have switched to this set up. It has replaced my boxes.
