A: I use it for Night Photography and it works great! I would assume it would fit the 750D, but since I don't have that Canon Camera I can't say for sure. But it is a Canon mount, so I don't see what it wouldn't. You probably know this already, but just in case you didn't see that, it is a fully manual lens. So, no auto focus etc. I mostly use it at night so, it isn't an issue, but it is not practical for an all around lens.

A: The lens element does not stick out beyond the filter threads. There is no interference when installing my B+W XS Pro (thin) filter.

A: Yes. It'll work on any Canon full-frame body. There is no AF though - only manual focus.

A: The Adapter goes on the lens with the Tripod Collar going on top of it. This is a different tripod mount than the one used on the EF lens. The adapter goes on the lens locking into place with notches on both the lens and the adapter. The collar can then swivel on the adapter on the lens without sliding on the lens itself.
