Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. this allows a bolt flash to shoot a hss??

A: Unfortunately, the VB-11 and VB-22 flashes from Bolt do not offer HSS, therefore this trigger is not HSS compatible.

Q: 2. I wanted to know does these transmitters work with the powerlight 1250 Dr if somebody can give me that information that will be nice

A: This transmitter is not compatible with the Photogenic PowerLight 1250DR directly. You would need to add a receiver such as the RadioPopper Jr2 Receiver for Canon B&H # RAJR2RC in order to fire this monolight from the JR2 Transmitter.

Q: 3. Regarding the question above. I was told by Radio Popper that I could connect this by wire for triggering while I have a flash in the hotshoe. Here is the response... Yes, you can indeed connect the Jr2 transmitter via the camera PC sync port, freeing up the hot shoe for an on-camera flash. All you need is a 3.5mm to PC sync cord. Can you confirm this? Thanks,Brian

A: Yes the JR2 transmitter has a 3.5 port so from a cameras pc sync port you can attach this to the camera and not use the hotshoe. This is one cord of many that will work,Paramount PW-PC1 Sync Cord - Miniphone to Male PC - Straight - 12 B&H # PAPM1 Mfr # 17PWPC1http://bhpho.to/VA0PkD

Q: 4. Is this unit compatible with the Leica M240?

A: Yes, that is compatible with the M240. It is a manual wireless sync so it only uses the center pin on the cameras hotshoe.

Q: 5. Can this Jr2 transmitter trigger Jrx receiver?

A: I think it can, but the folks at Radio Popper are super helpful I would call them to verify!

Q: 6. Does it work on A7R II?

A: Yes, it is compatible with the A7RII.

Q: 7. Will this work with a D-Lite 4 it???

A: It will as long as the flash has a built-in Skyport receiver. Otherwise you may connect a Skyport Plus receiver to the flash for wireless radio triggering.

Q: 8. Can this be used to fire a Rotolight neo 2 from a Fuji XT2?

A: Dont know. I use with Elinchrome lighting.

Q: 9. Would this work to trigger my Elinchrom Five from a Leica SL-2S?

A: Yes, the Elinchrom EL-Skyport Transmitter Plus is compatible with the Elinchrom FIVE monolight.

Q: 10. Can you pair this unit with Cinegears Ghost-Eye?

A: Our understanding is that Ghost-Eye units only pair with each other.
